In the following paragraphs you will find further information about our Terms & Conditions, for you as a customer of Eqology, to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience.
When you find a product you would like to order, click the "ADD TO BASKET” icon and the product will be added to your shopping cart on the top right hand corner of the page. The prices are dependent an auto order of at least one item. An autoorder is a non-conditional, flexible delivery option. Single purchases cost 10 % more. You may choose this option at checkout after login. You can easily register at "Login" in the menu at the top right corner of the page.

An autoorder is a monthly shipment option, where you have the flexibility to choose whenever you want your orders delivered.

You can easily change products in your monthly autoorders until at. 11:59 p.m. the day before your selected time period (read more about delivery periods further down). You can do this by logging on to eqology.com, or by contacting Customer Service by e-mail support.uk@eqology.com. We are happy to help!

Choosing an auto order has several advantages: reduced prices on all products, access to monthly and seasonal offers and discounts, and EQ magazine which includes relevant articles on fitness, health and nutrition, as well as product information, customers experiences etc.
If you would like to make a single purchase in addition to your monthly autoorder or a specific product sent immediately- you may choose one of the following options:

ADDITIONAL ORDER: An additional order to your monthly autoorder. The products will be sent as part of your auto order, so you don’t pay additional delivery fees.

single purchase

If you do not want a monthly auto order, you may choose to buy single products at any time at a slightly higher price (10 % more). Select "Single purchase" at checkout after login.
An auto order is more convenient and flexible. In addition to reduced prices, you will have access to great monthly and seasonal offers, EQ magazine which includes relevant articles on fitness, health and nutrition as well as product information, customer experiences etc.


All prices include a VAT, which is 15 % for skin care products and 25 % for health supplements. Shipping and handling fee EUR 9.90 will apply.


In Norway we accept Visa and Mastercard. In Denmark we also accept DanCARD. We work in cooperation with DIBS Payment Services Ltd. (dibs.no) that will process your card details in the appropriate manner in accordance to the international safety standard. Payment is made with SSL encryption, which means that no unauthorized personnel can access your card details.

Payment with Visa, Mastercard and DanCARD is completed before we send your order. As soon as we receive your payment, your order is sent for packing and dispatch. Read more about this under DELIVERY. 

cancellation rights and return policies

A 14 day unconditional repent and return policy applies to all unopened products. When returning items you must pay the delivery costs according to the Post's prevailing rates. Return postage of unclaimed packages (EUR 6.90) is to be paid by the customer. EQ Kit that has been used / opened can not be returned. The  Kit is also considered used/opened  when is registered by customer(s) and/or distributor(s). Generally, rules and regulations, as described in the return policies form added to your package, apply. There is a 28 day unconditional repent and return policy for the EQ Kit. You will be refunded when the package reaches our storage. Remember to enter your account number on the return form. 

NOTE! The subscription does not end by returning a package.
